We love the opportunity to refresh our Stamford and New Canaan showrooms with what is currently trending in the luxury home design market. We strategically design our displays to highlight distinctive cabinetry design at its best. We feel that our showrooms are one of the things that set us apart – the best way to create your next kitchen, bar, bathroom, butler’s pantry is to physically be able to see and touch it.

Designers Gianna Santoro and Veronica Campbell were tasked to update two of the kitchen displays – and they were excited by the opportunity to design modern spaces with minimalist, yet functional feels. They first chose to create a stylish kitchen that promoted an alternative to the standard white palette. They selected dark cabinet panels that open on touch in a newly available textured melamine. The warm grey cabinets are a high gloss lacquer and have a channel pull for an integrated hardware effect. For a focal point, they centered a thin, framed glass cabinet for displaying ceramics and glassware. They also specified a truly custom, high gloss paint and metal, free-standing hood which has become very popular over the last few years. By layering materials in both glass and metal, they created a sleek, timeless effect that will feel current for years.

Their second kitchen features an ebonized-oak hood with coordinating accent pieces in the hutch and island. Using a mixture of transitional style doors, they updated the classic white kitchen with warm, taupe tones and brushed brass hardware. The goal of this display was to create an inviting mood through colors and materials. Warm brass and dark oak combined with powerful neutrals create a warm, livable space.

Veronica Campbell, Designer

“Our projects are not just about the cabinetry. Working with designers who can source different materials and trends allows you to deliver a cohesive look. All the components are methodically selected and represent hours of work. Seeing space differently and translating your needs is what differentiates us.”
