The expansive island with a prep sink features insets at either end for ample seating, and polished stainless steel boots at the bottom of each leg for flair. It is anchored by a 2″ mitered countertop in Calacatta Crema marble and horizontal shiplap panels in white-washed white oak, for a driftwood feel. No detail was overlooked, starting with the deep, white porcelain farmhouse sink and walnut countertop to the custom drawer inserts, all with walnut interiors, while the handmade white subway tile adds subtle shine. The texturized cabinetry finish gives the appearance of being hand painted, and the inset for paper towels keeps the counters free of clutter. A coffee station is beloved by guests and family.

The family room bar, in high gloss Lafayette Blue, matches the La Cornue range and unites the space. Framed open shelving sits above a stainless steel countertop with a seamlessly integrated sink featuring the same strapping and rivets to match the kitchen hood. A paneled refrigerator with freezer drawers, ice maker, and nautical cleat hardware echoing the lighting fixtures, all deliver casual elegance.
