DEANE Inc, a custom cabinet design firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Lawrence Ciambriello to General Manager. With over 23 years at DEANE, Ciambriello will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the firm, including overseeing sales management, operations and project installations.
Ciambriello joined DEANE in 1996 as an Assistant Project Manager after a few positions in advertising and business. He was promoted to Director of Operations in 2006, which overseeing entailed the design team, field supervisors, service, logistics, and installations. Proving himself indispensable to the firm, Lawrence Ciambriello then took on the responsibilities of sales management along with Operations in 2018, being named General Manager this month.
About his tenure at DEANE, Lawrence says “I love the ever-changing dynamics of working in the luxury design market. Since we are in the business of both retail and construction, every project is different and unique with its own set of particular challenges that I enjoy solving. A home remodel is often an extremely stressful time for a homeowner and my ultimate goal is to satisfy every client and nurture life-long relationships.”

Lawrence is a graduate of the Sacred Heart University, with a degree in Business Management & Advertising. He lives in Trumbull, CT and is married with five children.
